All sales are final
Due to the limited nature of our items, all sales are final within our store. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Review your order
Please review your information at checkout and ensure everything is correct. We cannot alter any orders after they have been submitted, this includes; pricing, shipping information, card information or cancellations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, we are not responsible for the item once it has been dropped off with shipping company, but we will do anything we can to make the order right.
Shipping
Please allow 2-3 days processing for all READY TO SHIP orders.
If you have purchased a PRE-ORDER item, please note the TAT (turnaround time) in the product description. Also keep an eye on our Instagram stories for updates on when those arrive and will begin shipping @enchanteddreamsandco
